The X-plore NIOSH Cartridge are respiratory protection gas filters against Ammonia and Methylamine. The robust plastic housing of the cartridges contains charcoal that absorbs the relevant gases from the air passing through when inhaling. It has a twin filter system which allows side positioning of the filters for an excellent field of vision.

Compatibility : The filters can only be used with the Dräger X-plore 5500 Full-Face Respirator Mask (sold separately) or the Dräger X-plore 3300 & 3500 Half-Face Respirator Masks (sold separately). 2 Filters are needed for each Respirator Mask.
Approval : Approved for negative pressure air purifying and supplied air dual airline applications according to NIOSH. This particulate respirator is NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) approved for environments containing certain non-oil based particles and provides at least 95 percent filter efficiency.
